Create a CSS Cheat Sheet
Due: February 12
Using this CSS Cheat Sheet as a model, create your own CSS Cheat Sheet. Include new topics that we have covered this semester. In other words, I did Part I. You're going to reinvent Part I for your needs and make a Part II to match.
You will be able to use this cheat sheet when it comes to your next assignment (and Test 4 in a couple of weeks), so make it a good one!
Requirements
- Format.
You may use Microsoft Word or pencil/pen and paper. You may even want to try making it a web page. You choose the format that works best for you.
If your file is digital:- Create a folder called "Lastname CSS Cheat Sheet".
- Save your file in this folder.
- When you complete the assignment, turn the folder in the the "CSS Cheat Sheet" folder in the Inbox.
- Length
- Your cheat sheet should be long enough to meet the content requirements below (at least two pages).
- Keep it simple. It should not be so long that it goes on for pages and pages and pages.
- Layout
- Use two or more columns to maximize space.
- Clearly label topic headings.
- Content
- Your cheat sheet should have a good, solid example for each required CSS topic, listed below.
- Definitions are useful too, along with brief reminders about when or why to use specific types of CSS rules.
- Where appropriate, give an example of how the HTML should be written to activate the CSS style.
- You are welcome to use the examples and text I have in the cheat sheet linked above. Format it in your cheat sheet to better suit your needs.
- Create your own samples, definitions and text for the CSS topics from lessons 3-6.
